These Terms of Service govern your use of easdom.com and any products, programs, assessments, consultations, content, or services offered by EasDom LLC (“EASDOM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a product, or participating in a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About EASDOM
EASDOM provides personal-growth education informed by Eastern wisdom, modern psychology, and practical self-development. Current offerings may include books, assessments, the 99 Day Cohort Based Program, consultations, educational content, and related community experiences.
2. Educational Purpose; No Professional Advice
EASDOM content and services are provided for educational and personal-development purposes only. They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services, and they are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or professional advice. If you need professional support, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You may not share access credentials in a way that gives another person unauthorized access to paid content or services.
4. Purchases and Payment
Prices, taxes, payment methods, and any promotional terms are shown at checkout or on the applicable sales page. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown. Third-party payment processors may have their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Books and Physical Products
Physical products are subject to availability, shipping times, carrier performance, customs requirements where applicable, and the return terms stated in our Refund & Return Policy. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces may also be subject to that marketplace’s rules.
6. Assessments and Digital Products
Assessments and reports are self-reflection and educational tools. They do not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions and should not be treated as clinical evaluations. Digital access is personal and non-transferable unless we state otherwise in writing.
7. 99 Day Cohort Based Program
The 99 Day Cohort Based Program is a structured educational and practice-based experience. Participation may include lessons, reflection, habits, assignments, group interaction, and community communication. Program schedules, cohort start dates, access windows, and participation instructions may be provided separately on the program page, checkout page, account area, or enrollment communications.
You are responsible for your own participation and decisions. We do not guarantee a particular personal, emotional, financial, relationship, health, or professional outcome.
8. Consultations
Consultations are educational personal-growth conversations and are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. We may decline or discontinue a consultation where the requested subject is outside the intended scope of the service.
9. Community Conduct
When participating in a cohort, group, community, live session, or other interactive space, you agree to communicate respectfully and not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, or unlawfully distribute another person’s private information. We may restrict or remove access when conduct materially harms other participants, the service, or the integrity of the community.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, EASDOM branding, books, written materials, videos, assessments, reports, program materials, frameworks, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to EasDom LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased materials for your own use. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, upload, teach from, or create commercial derivative products from our protected materials without written permission.
11. User Content
If you voluntarily submit comments, testimonials, messages, assignments, reflections, or other content, you retain ownership of your original content. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to operate the service. We will not use a testimonial, image, or identifiable personal story for public marketing without the permission required by applicable law or a separate authorization where appropriate.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website and our services may rely on third parties for payment processing, email, video delivery, course access, community features, analytics, shipping, or other functions. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, outages, policies, or content.
13. Refunds and Returns
Refund and return eligibility is governed by our Refund & Return Policy and by any mandatory rights that apply under law. If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace’s applicable refund process may control.

You may not use the website or services to violate law, interfere with security or functionality, gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected content at scale, distribute malware, engage in fraud, or infringe the rights of EASDOM or others.
15. Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or services when reasonably necessary. We may also update schedules, delivery tools, or third-party providers while preserving the substance of a purchased service where reasonably possible.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific personal results.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EasDom LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise. Any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
