15-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this period. We are always happy to assist you in finding the best solution.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please keep the following in mind:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Personalized or custom-made items, including those that have undergone a Sacred Activation Ceremony with Spiritual Empowerment, are specially prepared based on your name, birthdate, and address. Returning such items may interrupt or diminish their intended energy effects, so we kindly ask you to consider this before making a return request.
  • Sale items and promotional purchases are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize and will gladly provide a replacement or refund within the return period.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at service@easdom.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide the return address within 24-48 hours.
  3. Securely pack your item and return it within 3 business days after receiving our confirmation.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 1-2 business days.
  5. Refunds will be issued through credit card or PayPal, and processing times may vary.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent lost packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit if shipped via a non-trackable method.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order:

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund by contacting us as soon as possible at service@easdom.com.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery and follow the return process if necessary.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
